While I ponder the instructions that ask me which index I wish to delete and cast further glances at index.html, index.cgi and index.shtml before deciding
(Wouldn't it make more sense to keep them in the directory and select the one(s) you wish to use?)
we'll note that there's a bookish synonym for every chapter and at each story and not let that deter us from seeing what a closer look at the classic index, that takes you to individual terms and phrases in the work to which it belongs, does for our understanding of pamphlets and pages alike.
