Note for Note

There are notes everywhere. We're always taking notes. There's one note for work and one note for play.
Thus it is that the kind of note we're concerned with is number twelve in the definitions on Merriam-Webster
(a musical sound: TONE is number one.)

They go on to definition b; a piece of paper money but we looked at that under currencies
