rite 2 no

One of the top selling books is in Spanish (the top selling one by 300 million copies to its nearest rival), one in French and one Chinese - the rest were written in English.
We can look at the other components in bringing these books into being but were there literary agents in 1605? Did Dickens even have an editor? Surely A Tale of Two Cities and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland have been published in a number of formats by a number of different publishers over the course of a hundred and fifty years? Macmillan beg to differ.

The remarkable thing about the Harry Potter series is how comprehensively it said to the reading world, the digital onslaught has not vanquished the book. And, by implication, there will still be libraries you can borrow books from and bookshops and, OK, online stores like Amazon you can buy them from.
